    Print-on-Demand Items
    Because these items are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.

    In-House Items
    Items designed and shipped by Hey Hazel may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    Final Sale
    Sale items and custom or personalized items are final sale.

    Many items sold through Tina Sims Studio are made to order. Please review product details carefully before purchasing. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade nature of our work.

    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time due to errors, availability issues, or suspected fraud.

    Pricing & Payment

    All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store payment details.

    Shipping

    Shipping times vary by product and fulfillment method. Estimated delivery times are provided when available but are not guaranteed. Hey Hazel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

  • Made-to-Order Items

    Most of our products are made just for you. Because of this, production times vary slightly and some items are final sale. This ensures each piece is unique and created with care.

    Where do you ship?

    I currently ship within the United States and Canada.

    How long will my order take to ship?

    Most orders are made to order and ship within the timeframe listed on the product page. You’ll get tracking info once your order is on the way.

    Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    Some items are final sale due to their custom nature. Please see the Returns & Refunds section for full details.

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    If your order hasn’t entered production yet, I’ll do my best to help. Please reach out as soon as possible.

    Will the colors look exactly the same in person?

    Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and the printing process. Small variations are normal.

    Are your designs original?

    Yes — all artwork is hand-illustrated by Tina Sims and created with care.
